CNC routing in Treviso can now be done in-house! We have a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. We mainly use panels and natural materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, aluminum and plastic materials, workable with precision and suitable for numerous decorative and functional applications. The processes are eco-friendly and precise, perfect for creating furniture elements, technical components or accessories for premises and businesses.
Also available and currently in testing are other materials such as expanded PVC, plexiglass and polyethylene, which offer excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, ideal therefore for creating signage, outdoor elements, machine parts or sporting goods. These materials guarantee strength and durability over time, as well as excellent water and UV resistance.

What materials can be worked and shaped with the CNC router?
We carry out cutting, milling and routing on a wide range of rigid and semi-rigid supports: composite aluminum (Dibond), plexiglass (PMMA), expanded PVC, polycarbonate, multi-layer wood, MDF, lightweight sandwich panels and eco-friendly honeycomb cardboard for indoor use and trade fairs.
How does the prototyping service for displays, fittings or fixtures work?
Starting from your vector project or from our in-house 3D design, we create functional prototypes and 1:1 scale samples. This allows you to check fit, stability, finishes and appearance before proceeding with production of the series of displays, special packaging or fixtures needed.
Is it possible to combine CNC routing with digital printing?
Yes, thanks to our cutting and milling system with optical registration alignment, we can print graphics at extremely high resolution and then perfectly shape the panel along the outlines of the design (die-cutting to register), creating letters in relief, 3D logos, advertising cutouts and scenic elements.
Do you create single pieces or large print runs, and do you ship anywhere?
We manage with total flexibility both single pieces/samples for prototypes and events, and series production for industrial, commercial or retail supply, handling shipping and protected packaging wherever requested, with no territorial limits.
