Car wrapping (or vehicle wrapping) involves fully or partially covering your vehicle (motorbike, car, van, truck) with an adhesive film that preserves the original paintwork while changing its color for aesthetic or advertising purposes.
It’s not a cheap alternative to repainting, but a way to decorate your vehicle reversibly, with effects that couldn’t be reproduced with paint: in fact, even after several years (and with the right equipment) the film can be removed with very little glue residue, whether to sell the car or to redecorate it with a different wrap.
It’s also possible to wrap just certain parts — both exterior and interior — in glossy or matte pastel colors, carbon fiber, brushed metal, metallic colors, wood, and many other finishes.
Frequently Asked Questions about Car Wrapping
What is wrapping and how does it differ from painting?
Wrapping is the full or partial covering of the bodywork using thermoformable cast adhesive films. Compared to traditional painting, it's completely reversible, faster to apply, and protects the original paintwork from scratches, stone chips, and weather.
What finishes and colors are available for car wrapping?
We offer a wide range of finishes: matte, glossy, satin, metallic, color-shifting, carbon-look, and special textures, as well as the ability to print custom graphics with Latex inks.
How do you wash a vehicle wrapped with wrapping film?
Hand washing with neutral detergents and microfiber cloths is recommended. You can use pressure washers with a water jet, keeping a minimum safety distance of 30-40 cm from the film's edges.
